How I've Improved My Life in 2016 So Far



1. Getting Organised

I know you've probably heard it all before. But I can't stress it enough! Buying a diary, a blogger planner and a cute notebook has completely changed me as a person. I'm so organised, my mind isn't riddled with lists and I finally feel like I have my life sorted out (kinda). So yeah, deffs get a diary and organiser peeps!



2. Reading

I've always been a bookworm, but until last year I never read as much as I would of liked to. Now I like to dedicate an hour before I go to bed to reading. I'm a quarter way though Girl on The Train, and nearly finished Vanish (pictured above). I'd definitely recommend Vanish, it had me hooked from the first few pages and has such an interesting story line!



3. Fitness

I've been trying to run more, or at least walk more. I also find watching dance videos on youtube has got me more motivated to keep fit and lose weight!  I also swear by *NutriBuddy's products - they've definitely helped me on my weight loss journey! In the weight loss pack you get Hunger Fix tablets, Multi Vitamins & Scuplting Whey Protein. I think the biggest thing that's impacted my weight is definitely the Hunger Fix tablets - they really do curb your hunger! They Chocolate Whey Protein is also so tasty and super filling. Almost feels like a treat to drink it!




4. Quitting Smoking

I went through a period of smoking about 15 a day - mainly just to relieve stress. It's such a bad habit, and I wasn't proud of it. I used to stink, and thinking about it now makes me feel sick. That saying, I do get the odd craving, but I think that's normal, and I will have one when I drink, but again I think that's normal. Smooff's cigarette filters* have helped me so much. All you have to do is put the filter on the end of your cigarette, and it reduces cravings within a month! It gradually reduces the cravings, so it's not dangerous. I'd definitely recommend!

  1. I've joined the gym this year to get on the fitness wagon and I'm hoping it'll help my anxiety and just make me feel better in general!

  3. I've started reading again too - I lost my Kindle when I went to NYC so I had a bit of a break from it but it really helps me to relax away from Social Media at night. I'm still working on my organisation because I'm the worst at it, hopefully by the end of 2016 I will have got my act together! xxx

  4. I love reading posts like this as it inspires and motivates me! I want to improve my health by getting more fit and active, and I'd love to be more organised. I'm slowly improving because of uni but I'm much more of a lazy and messy person haha xxx

  6. Well done on quitting smoking. It really is such a big hurdle but will make you feel so much better in the long run. I love my planner and could not organise my life without it, although I definitely need to get a blog planner. Li :)

  7. That's amazing you've managed to quit smoking so easily! I've been trying to get back into reading too but because I always have University textbooks to read, I prefer to chill and watch Netflix haha. Would love if you could check out my recent fashion post? :)

  9. These are great improvements/tips, thanks for the inspiration! Being organised is really important, it makes things look less overwhelming. I am currently working out every morning but I've never watched dance videos - that's such a good idea! x

  10. I can never seem to stay focus on the road to fitness. Ugh! I am able to be more organized and read more books as well. Congrats on quitting the cigarettes!! :)

  11. Where did you get the blog planner from hun? Also love the idea of those filters.. I really should think about quitting as it is a horrible habit! Hard to kick a habit you've had for 10+ years *hides face*!! My years going well so far. Cant believe we're in the third month already though! Definitely need to get more organised.
