My Top 3 Easter Movies

Easter Movies
It's the start of the Easter Bank Holiday weekend, and apart from today, the weather isn't going to be that great (much to my dissapointment!). So, I thought, what else am I going to do this weekend if I can't spend it in a beer garden with my friends? In typical Beckie form, the answer is films. I really need to up my TV game though, as the one I have in my bedroom at the moment is about as big as my laptop, maybe I'll buy myself the new Panasonic 4K TV...  Anyway, I thought I'd put together for you a list of my 3 favourite films*.

This is probably my all time favourite Easter film. I mean, it has Russell Brand in it, what's not to like?! Without ruining the plot, it's basically about a rabbit preparing to pass the easter candy factory onto his son. Though, the son would rather be a drummer. Not your typical easter film, which I think is why I love it so much!

This film was one of my all time favourite films when I was younger. It has all the Winnie The Pooh characters,  and follows the story line of them all going to Rabbit's house for an Easter Egg Hunt, but Rabbit in fact wants to spring clean again. Who would of thought Rabbit would be such a buzz kill eh?!

This is a new film to me, yet, as soon as I saw the cute dog on the front, I had to watch it. I never realised 'The Dog' was a film series, and now I want to watch them all! Zeus is left on his own whilst his family go on holiday, so he gets into a lot of adventures, and ends up saving the day! What a bloody great (and adorable) dog!

What are your favourite films to watch around the Easter Period?

  1. I've not seen any of these films but I remember Hop coming out a few years back and I really want to watch it this year!

  2. I've actually never seen any of these films before! I'd never think to watch something Easter related but that's such a good idea for a family activity over the weekend.
