The other week, me and Jodie went to Meating in Birmingham after our Cocktail Masterclass Blogger Event. I'd seen Meating on Trip Advisor, and always wanted to try it, and seeing as Jodie was down in Birmingham for the first time I thought it'd be the perfect opportunity!
I can't believe this is my 100th Blog Post. Like what the hell - where has that came from?! It's crazy. So, seeing as this event contained a lot of alcohol, I thought it would only be right to put this into my 100th Blog Post! Last Saturday I attended a Birmingham Bloggers Event with Friction Free Shaving. Although I arrived a little late with my friends Jodie and Abbie, we were still made extremely welcome and got stuck right into the cocktail making.
I've recently discovered Vitamin D* thanks to Simply Supplements and my lovely sister Sarah. Sarah has been bugging me for years to take Vitamin D, after she unfortunately got diagnosed with MS. I'm so glad I listened to her as I've definitely noticed a difference in the reduction of my joint pain and fatigue that delightfully comes with my CFS. I'd say you 100% need to in-cooperate Vitamin D into your diet, as it has so many health benefits. You can take Vitamin D in a supplement form like I do, or by sun exposure. Though it's important not to have too much time in the sun!
