A weekend at Allegro Living - Birmingham

Allegro Living Birmingham

I was recently invited to stay at Allegro Living* in Birmingham for the weekend. Being from Birmingham, it was the perfect excuse to go home and catch up with the fam, and also check out the new Luxury apartments. We were greeted by a temp member of staff, but he was so welcoming, and showed us to our room and even left us milk to make ourselves a brew.

My first impressions  of the apartment were "wow". The apartment was literally instagrammable to a tee. If I lived in Birmingham, I would be enquiring about renting an apartment as soon as possible! Everything was gorgeous, and you could tell a lot of time was taken, to make sure every detail looked perfect. Our apartment had 2 bedrooms in it, and this bedroom was exactly how I would stye it. Gimme all the blush pinks!

The kitchen was dreamy. If I had this kitchen, I'd be spending every single evening in here. Being mid twenties - my first thought was that it was perfect for hosting house parties. Look at that Island! I loved the whole scandi/modern feel to the apartment. It's exactly how I want my apartment at home to be like.

The bathroom felt like a hotel bathroom. It even had little cotton bud and pad jars. I'm currently adding some of those to my basket as we speak...  This bathroom has made me want to re-vamp mine. Goodbye, bank balance!

One final thing I was impressed by, was the fact the Allergo community has access to the rooftop gardens. You get a fab view of the glorious city, and have a chance to catch up with the fellow residents and admire the greenery. Pretty good, eh?

I'm all about honesty, and even though the apartment was gorgeous, and the staff were friendly, my stay wasn't all perfect. As they messed up the dates of my stay, we were put in a show apartment. This meant we had no hot water, and no loo roll! Luckily we have a sense of humour and all was ok after a quick trip to the co-op - but it did but a downer on the evening!

*Stay was gifted, but all thoughts are my own.
